Last June 2nd, the 73rd Anniversary of the founding of the Italian Republic took place inside the Cortile degli Svizzeri at Palazzo Ducale in Lucca. The Celebration has been coordinated by the Prefect Leopoldo Falco and attended by the highest civil and military authorities.

During the Ceremony, the General Manager of Gambini S.p.A., Massimo Nannini, received the membership card of the Federation of Masters of Labor as awarded Stella al Merito last May 1 this year, in Florence.


Last May 24th,  a very interesting exchange opportunity took place in Gambini thanks to the cooperation with Mr Stefan Gurres and the 52 students from BBS Zweibrücken Ignaz-Roth-Schule, who visited Gambini's premises during their study tour in Italy.

It was a pleasure welcoming all the students who had the opportunity to deepen our technology.

On May, 1st Massimo Nannini, General Manager, and Fulvio Canapai, Workshop Manager, were awarded the Star of Merit for Labour 2019.


The award is traditionally conferred on May, 1st by the President of the Republic to those who have distinguished themselves for professional quality, for the improvements they have made to the daily activity of their company or for the teachings they have been able to pass on to their younger colleagues.

The award ceremony was attended by the Tuscan prefects, the mayors of the municipalities of residence of the awarded, the civil and military authorities and the family members.



May 19th, 2019 the President Giovanni Gambini receives the "Loyalty to Work and Economic Progress" Award at the Auditorium Chiesa di San Francesco, in Lucca.

After the notes by Johann Sebastian Bach played by Michela Del Grosso and Ernesto Gaza, students of the Luigi Boccherini Institute of Studies, the ceremony began with institutional greetings.

As the President Giorgio Bartoli recalled in his greeting: "People who with their constant commitment have contributed to the growth of the local economic development and are an example for all: for companies, for workers and for young people who have not found a job yet ".

The mayors delivered the certificates and medals of workers in the private sector with at least 35 years of service, entrepreneurs, administrators and companies with more than 30 years of uninterrupted activity and "historic" companies, which are looking for at least 60 years of activity, companies that have distinguished themselves for internationalization and environmental protection.

Visiting MIAC means obtaining a full overview of the technology and equipment available to the paper industry sector thanks to the constant participation of the leading companies in the sector which present the latest developments in machines, systems and avant-garde solutions to improve the management of the various stages in the paper production cycle.
